  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic, ginger, and vegetables. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice and enjoy!
