5 grams Tapioca
25 grams Tartaric Acid
5 grams te
2 grams Tea
2 grams thickened cream

For the chili sauce :
Chili paste 30 gr with olive oil 70 ml ( mixed well use hand mixer )

To make the kebab you need ground beef ( lamb) 1 kg and onion minced 200 g with some 7 spices , salt and cinnamon powder , mix all together using a meat mincer machine .

cut the eggplant cubes seasoned , mix with some flour than fried and keep it on a dry towel .

fried some of fresh arabic bread to add on your top dish .

prepare the garlic yogurt sauce .

grilled the kebab than cut into cubes , add olive oil in some sauce pan with the egplant with the coriander, garlic minced , salt and white pepper .

.remove the mixture and placed in a bowl dish with the delicious garlic sauce , add on top the melted butter , fried onion , roast pine nuts and drops of chili sauce .
