Instructions

- Add minced garlic and broccoli florets, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet, pour the sauce over it, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli.
- Serve hot over a bed of cooked rice.
