Instructions

  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. This will be your stir-fry sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and stir for a few seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the protein and stir-fry until it’s almost cooked through, then remove it from the wok and set it aside.
  5. In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed and stir-fry the vegetables until they’re crisp-tender.
  6. Return the protein to the wok, pour the stir-fry sauce over everything, and toss to combine. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
