Quick & Easy Egg Fried Rice

  • 2 cups of cooked white rice
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Push garlic to the side and pour beaten eggs into the pan. Scramble them until they are fully cooked.
