Ingredients

  6. Place the baking dish in a larger pan and fill the larger pan with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the flan is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, run a knife around the edges of the flan, place a serving plate on top, and flip to unmold the flan with the caramel sauce on top.
