Ingredients
- 1 package of extra-firm tofu, cubed
- 2 cups of broccoli florets

- 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce

Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into cubes.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu cubes and cook until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
