Usually we mix the bulgur with the yogurt and leave it for about 30 to 45 min to soak really well and make sure all is covered with yogurt

Chop the vegetables finely..add the soaked bulgur add olive oil,salt, and mix
U can eat it with lettuce or cabbage leaves 😋 i usually add more yogurt to my plat
