Combine all ingredients except rose water in a pot over a medium heat. Stir continuously until custard starts to thicken, add a splash of rose water. Continue to stir until thickened. |

Prepare a tray with butter and cover with cornflake crumbs. Pour custard into tray, cover with cornflake crumbs. |

Let it set. Bake through in an oven prior to serving.Back about 30 mints at 180 c |
