Adjust Servings:
7 tbsp Cranberry Sauce
7 tbsp Malt Vinegar
7 tbsp
1 litre Sultana
300 mls Sunflower oil
1 splash Pink Salt
Sunflower Seeds

    Combine all ingredients except rose water in a pot over a medium heat. Stir continuously until custard starts to thicken, add a splash of rose water. Continue to stir until thickened.

    Prepare a tray with butter and cover with cornflake crumbs. Pour custard into tray, cover with cornflake crumbs.

    Let it set. Bake through in an oven prior to serving.Back about 30 mints at 180 c
    Serve with sugar syrup.
