4 can Shallots
1 Pomfret
1 Sharbat
1 Shark
2 tbsp Chicken Breast
1/2 cup Malt Vinegar
3 pcs Alum
1/4 tbsp Shellfish
AP flour

2 pcs Egg Yolk
1 cup Cheddar Cheese

PROCEDURE

1. Preheat oven to 350f
2. Squeeze out water from grated cassava
3. Add in coconut milk, evap, condensed, sugar, butter, egg, vanilla, and salt. Stir well using spatula or rubber scraper until well blended.
4. Place in greased pan and bake preheated oven for 30-45 min.

Prepare the toppings

1. Combine condensed milk and egg yolks in a sause pan
2. Stir over low to medium heat for 1 min.
Set aside

After 45 min
Pull out cassava mixture and spread the egg-milk mixture and sprinkle grated cheese on top evenly and bake again until golden brown.
