Gently peel the figs and cut into 6 segments Using a ziploc bag, crush graham(plain biscuit) crackers until like coarse sand. Combine with melted butter and cinnamon in a bowl and mix until combined. |

Put graham cracker mixture into a cake pan and press down with the back of a spoon( or you can use any mold ring) .In a bowl, combine all ingredients for the filling and mix well using a blender. |

Pour into cake pan and decorate with fresh figs.Bake for 50-60 minutes at 170 degrees C.Serve with whipped cream, fresh figs and mint. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar if desired. |
